Store Pickup Order:
Please bring the notification message to pick-up your ordered product (s) within 14 working days. If you fail to pick up the product (s) within 14 working days from the date of our service provider sending out the SMS, (the send out date appearing in the record of our service provider shall be final and conclusive evidence), the order will be automatically cancelled and the amount of the order will not be refunded. Goods will be destroyed, for which we do not bear any legal liability.
 

Home Delivery Order: Our delivery service is from 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Saturday except public holidays.If we fail to contact you within 14 working days for delivery arrangement, the order will be automatically cancelled and the amount of the order will not be refunded.

For cancelled orders, we shall be free to dispose of the product(s) at our absolute discretion.

Shipping Time

Store Pickup Order: In general, order will be delivered to your designated store within 5-7 working days after placing the order on official website. Notification message will be sent to your contact number once it is ready. If you fail to pick up the product (s) within 14 working days from the date of our service provider sending out the SMS, (the send out date appearing in the record of our service provider shall be final and conclusive evidence), the order will be automatically cancelled and the amount of the order will not be refunded. Goods will be destroyed, for which we do not bear any legal liability.

Home Delivery Order: In general, you are expected to receive your order within 3-5 working days* after placing the order on official website. Our warehouse customer service team will call in advance to confirm the delivery date and time.

*During the 11.11 campaign (23 Oct 2024 - 13 Nov 2024), the delivery lead will be longer, please expect 5-7 working days for the delivery of all orders.

Shipping & Handling Rate

We offer delivery service to areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories and Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport and Tung Chung in Lantau Island, which can be accessed by motor vehicles on paved roads.

For Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Wo and Lamma Island, delivery is only available within 500 metres of walking distance from the goods unloading point.

If no elevators are available on premises, an additional fee will be charged. Ground floor delivery is free of charge. Delivery will be made up to 8 floors only at the cost of HK$10 per floor. Delivery fee shall be paid to the delivery staff directly.

Delivery service is not available to Frontier Closed Area, all outlying islands (excluding Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport and Tung Chung), warehouses and premises not accessible by staircase or above the 8th floor without elevator service.

No less than 2 working days’ notice in advance to our logistics customer service team is needed for any change in delivery time.

Shipping & Delivery for Macau

Our delivery service is from 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Saturday except public holidays.

In general, you are expected to receive your order within 7-14 business days after placing the order. Our warehouse customer service team will call in advance to confirm the delivery date and time. There are delays of approximately 7 days for delivery due to stock take (Nov 7-Nov 13, 2023), thank you for your understanding. 

We offer delivery service to areas in Macau, which can be accessed by motor vehicles on paved roads.Delivery service is not available at non-permanent address, frontier closed areas, outlaying islands, warehouse and premises which are not accessible by elevator or staircase and need to be delivered through balcony. If no elevators are available on premises, an additional fee will be charged. Ground floor delivery is free of charge. Delivery will be made up to 8 floors only at the cost of HK$10 per floor. Delivery fee shall be paid to the delivery staff directly.
