I would both recommend and not recommend this product
Recommend : Beautiful design and very versatile with plenty of useful pockets and compartments. Nice feel and taupe is my favourite colour. Bought a matching small sling bag as well.
Not recommended : The backpack straps is too long for my petite size. Even though is adjustable but the buckle is loose fitting and can't hold tight to the required length, hence kept sliding. Until now still got problem finding a shop who does alteration for bags.
