Hard to tell the actual size even with measurements etc.
I had intended to buy this for my son for primary school, however even after measuring, it was hard to tell the scale of it without seeing the actual bag. Indeed, the bag was too small and i asked for exchange but the only option is to return it with a shipping fee of $13+, which is too much. I wished that there was a better or more convenient return and exchange policy for online purchases. A pity since the item was of good quality.
